Notice for the General Elections of the Branch for the year 2015-2016
The annual election for Governing Body of IMA ROHINI ZONE for the year 2015-16 shall be held as per the schedule given below.
Duly completed Nomination forms ( in sealed envelope) along with the nomination fee(in cash) should be deposited to the office of IMA Rohini Zone  at  C-9/ 36, Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-110085 from 9 AM to 3 PM till 26-01-2015 with the name of post mentioned on in bold capitals

PRESIDENT
(a)   Should be a life member of the association for continuous last 5 (Five) years.
(b)   Must have held office of the President or vice President or Hon. Secretary or Hon. Finance Secretary for full one term satisfactorily. No President is allowed to continue in the office for more than two continuous terms.
VICE – PRESIDENT
(a)   Should be a life member of the association for continuous last 5 (Five) years.
(b)     Must have been executive member for three or more terms.
EXECUTIVE MEMBER
(a)     Must  be a life member for continuous last 2 (Two) years.
STATE EXECUTIVE MEMBER / CENTRAL COUNCIL MEMBER
(a)     Must have been a life member of the association for last continuous 5 (Five) years.
(b)     Must have held the post of President or Hony. Secretary for one complete term.
